BLOW BARS

BLOW BARS

High Chrome/ Ceramic

• Very wear resistant
• Limited resistance to any heavy impact from material such as steel
• High Chrome Ceramic has extended life over High Chrome, but again is not resistant to heavy impacts

Manganese Steel

• Suitable for all applications.
• Good with high force impacts
• Not the most wear resistant compared to that of High Chrome or Chrome Ceramic

Martensitic Steel

• Good all-round blow bar
• Good impact resistance against all but the hardest of rocks
• Suitable bar to use where there is a small amount of steel present in the feed

Martensitic Ceramic

• Most commonly used in a recycling application where steel is present in the feed
• Gives better abrasive resistance than standard Martensitic blow bars
• Can take high force impacts
• Almost as abrasion resistant as a high chrome
